Processing & Dispatch
Your first subscription package will be dispatched on the next Monday or Wednesday from your subscription. You will receive a confirmation email once your first letter is dispatched. Please do not hesitate to contact me at thedeadletterssociety@gmail.com if you have not yet received a confirmation email. Please also make sure you have received an order confirmation from Stripe (my payment provider) after your subscription payment.
Subsequent packages are shipped on a biweekly (every two weeks) basis.
Each package is prepared to order, so processing times may vary slightly.
Shipping Regions
I currently ship to the UK and the EU.
At this time, I do not offer international shipping outside of these regions.
Delivery Times
Deliveries within the UK/EU typically take 2–10 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on postal services, customs, or seasonal delays.
Tracking is only available to subscribers who use premium shipping.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is fully included in your subscription price. There are no additional shipping costs.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery rests with the postal service.
If your package does not arrive within 3 weeks of dispatch (that is, after you have received your dispatch confirmation email from me), please contact me at thedeadletterssociety@gmail.com.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address at checkout.
If it is necessary to change your shipping address (or any other information), please access the Portal link Stripe sent you via email after your first subscription payment.
